About Me:
I’ve been a member of the U.S. Men’s National Gymnastics Team since 2021 and served as a reserve athlete for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Team. I’m also an 8-time National Champion and a World Cup medalist on Still Rings.
I graduated from the University of Illinois in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, concentrating on high-performance physiology. During my collegiate career, I became a 2-time NCAA Champion and 4-time Big Ten Champion on Still Rings.
Strength training has played a defining role in my development as an athlete. It elevated my performance, kept my body resilient during long competition seasons, and allowed me to train at a high level year after year. I began structured strength training in college, and looking back, I wish I had started much earlier. That experience is what motivates me to help young athletes build strength, power, and joint health the right way, so they can perform at their best and stay healthy throughout their careers.
